Local reports say that multiple people have been killed and a police officer wounded in Oregon, after a shooting took place. According to Oregon Live, the incident happened in a Sandy neighborhood and resulted in an exchange of gunfire with responding officers.
Sandy Police Chief Patrick Huskey said that “multiple” people were killed as a result, but no number has been released yet. Husky added that a Sandy police officer sustained multiple gunshot wounds but was taken to the hospital and is now in stable condition and expected to survive.
Officers with SPD and the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office were sent to Ross Ave and Evans Street just before 4 p.m. on Sunday, after a report of a domestic disturbance and shooting, according to KPTV…
