In the six months since closing their award-winning bakery, Jin Caldwell and Kyurim “Q” Lee searched all over Portland for a new location.
They finally found one just a few blocks away.
This fall, Jinju Patisserie will reopen just south of its original location, taking over a former coffee shop in a distinctive building at the corner of North Williams Avenue and Fremont Street.
