Portland’s zoning code could soon reward developers who build affordable, accessible, and family-sized apartments in dense parts of the city—if a new city proposal moves forward as planned.
The Housing Bonus Alignment Project, detailed in the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability’s June update, targets multi-dwelling and mixed-use zones outside the Central City.
