PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A 34-year-old Tigard man was arrested in north Portland for domestic violence stalking and burglary after he told police that he wanted them to shoot him on Wednesday, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
The incident began just before 10 a.m. when a woman called 911 and said that a man named Brandon Beaumont was somewhere in Portland and saying he was hoping to force officers to shoot him. The man had also shared a photo of himself that appeared to show him with a rifle.
