PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A group of strangers became heroes, protecting one another against a man who police said was harassing them and other women at a Southwest Portland park.
“He was just relentlessly not stopping,” said victim Zoee Shearer. “He specifically targeted people that were women by themselves, no men around.”
