An Oregon woman who had just eaten breakfast at McDonald’s was seriously injured after an SUV driver allegedly ran her over twice before fleeing the scene.
The incident occurred shortly before 7 a.m. on July 13 off Town Center Drive in Hillsboro, which is just outside Portland. The victim, 22-year-old Estefania Lopez, shared her story with local CBS affiliate KOIN and in a GoFundMe post.
