The former Nordstrom department store at Clackamas Town Center has sat vacant since 2020, when the retailer closed 16 locations during the coronavirus pandemic. Now, three businesses and one government agency are preparing to move into the space.
Movement Climbing, Yoga & Fitness, recently announced plans to open a 31,000-square-foot bouldering gym on the ground floor of the former store at 11900 S.E. 82nd Ave.
