PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Portland is preparing to expand “No Turn on Red” restrictions to 30 intersections as part of an effort city leaders say will make some of the city’s most dangerous streets safer.
The initial rollout is expected to cost about $120,000 in public funds.
