VANCOUVER, Wash. (KPTV) – One person was hurt following a shooting in Vancouver early Monday morning.
At about 12:30 a.m. on Aug. 17, officers responded to a parking lot in the 300 block of Southeast 192nd Avenue. Police said it was reported that a group of teens were fighting and gunshots were heard.
