The Eyebrow House, a modernized Cape Cod bungalow in Southeast Portland’s Mount Tabor neighborhood, sold for $1,225,000, which was $250,000 over its asking price, or 25.6%.
An offer was accepted three days after the residence was listed July 15 at $975,000. The property entered escrow and the transaction closed Aug. 10.
