PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A multi-vehicle crash is backing up traffic to the Oregon Coast early Tuesday morning, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation.
The crash on Highway 26 near Milepost 23.5 happened about four miles east of Elsie, ODOT said. Crews are currently on scene working in the roadway.
