PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A cyclist has died following a crash in Southwest Portland, authorities said.
The Portland Police Bureau reported that Central Precinct officers responded to reports of the collision around 3:20 p.m. on Tuesday. Officials revealed that a woman cyclist was found on the scene in the 6300 block of Southwest Dolph Drive after being struck by a vehicle.
The woman was then hospitalized, but later pronounced dead, according to police. They said the driver involved in the crash remained on the scene and has cooperated with authorities.
