PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A federal crackdown that began in downtown Portland three years ago has led to more than 100 arrests and prosecutions of fentanyl dealers, and authorities say they are now expanding their focus to other neighborhoods, treatment centers and public housing.
The effort, known as the Portland Project, brings together federal prosecutors, the FBI, Portland police and other local law enforcement agencies.
