GRESHAM, Ore. (KPTV) – One person was shot in the foot in Gresham overnight, and dispatchers may have heard the moment it happened, according to the Gresham Police Department.
Just before 10:30 p.m., a call came in reporting a man was beating a woman in the 700 block of Southeast 185th Avenue. While dispatch was speaking with the caller, police said they heard a single gunshot over the phone.
