PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – One person is in custody after police responded to a disturbance in the Hazelwood neighborhood late Tuesday night.
Just before 10:30 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance possibly involving a machete in the 9900 block of Southeast Caruthers Street. Officers surrounded the area and tried to contact people inside of a home.
