PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A man was found dead after a reported shooting near the Eastbank Esplanade in southeast Portland, according to police.
Just before 9 p.m., an officer with the Portland Police Bureau was patrolling on Southeast Madison Street when she was flagged down by a person who said they heard gunshots.
Police searched the area and found a man dead on the walkway.
Any suspects left the area before officers arrived and no one has been arrested…
