A Happy Valley man was arrested after a large brawl in east Portland Thursday afternoon that left one man seriously injured.
Adam Ferris, 46, was booked into the Multnomah County jail on a second-degree assault charge. Portland police accuse Ferris of striking a victim with a firearm but say he did not fire the weapon.
