PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — No arrests have been made following a deadly Southeast Portland shooting, authorities have revealed.
The Portland Police Bureau’s Central Precinct responded to reports of the shooting in the 700 block of Southeast 12th Avenue around 2:34 a.m. on Saturday. The agency said officers found one man dead on the sidewalk when they arrived.
