Vancouver father runs Hood to Coast with son’s ashes 10 years after his death

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – For the past decade, Vancouver father Joe Krajewski has carried his son with him through every Hood to Coast race, though not in the way he once imagined.

Joe carries a small jar of Will’s ashes, passing it from runner to runner at each exchange as the team makes its way from Timberline Lodge to Seaside.
