PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Investigators are still seeking a speeding driver who crashed into another vehicle while evading authorities, the Portland Police Bureau said.
PPB spokesperson Sgt. Kevin Allen told KOIN 6 that a reckless driver sped away from officers as they tried to stop them on Southeast Stark Street and 136th Avenue around 7:45 p.m. on Friday night. Officials alleged the driver crossed into the opposite lane and crashed into another car head-on at Southeast 148th Avenue.

The suspect then jumped out of the vehicle and fled on foot, according to authorities.
