A man was shot to death early Saturday morning in Southeast Portland, police said.
Officers arrived in the 700 block of Southeast 12th Avenue at about 2:35 a.m. to find the man dead on the sidewalk.
The shooter or shooters fled the scene before officers arrived, the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement. No arrests have been made and no details about the shooting are known at this time…
