Fiancée of worker killed in Longview tank failure says he looked for other work, thought site was dangerous

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Clutching her fiancé’s wedding band, Patti Craff shares her heartbreak three months after her partner Norman Barlow died in the Nippon Dynawave Packaging Company tank failure in Longview.

“I don’t think I’m going to meet someone like him ever again. And that’s what’s really hard cause he was unique,” said Craff.

Barlow was one of 11 people who died on May 26 after a tank holding a liquid known as white liquor on the packaging company’s site failed…
