PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Portland Police arrested seven drivers and towed a dozen vehicles last weekend as part of a mission targeting street racing, driving under the influence, and other dangers on the roads.
On Saturday night, officers said there was illegal street racing happening on the main highways in the city, with drivers blocking roads and slowing down traffic to make space for races and stunts.
