PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Portland man died and seven others were injured in a multi-car crash on Friday, police announced.
Oregon State Police responded to a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 26 near milepost 24 in Clatsop County on Friday around 5:18 p.m.
