PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – Three people were arrested following a copper theft investigation in Portland.
On Aug. 25, at about 9 a.m., officers responded to Vibra Specialty Hospital at 10300 Northeast Hancock Street on the report of people trespassing on the property. The hospital closed in Jan. 2026, and police said it has experienced repeated burglaries and copper wire theft.
Once officers arrived to the hospital, one suspect could be seen running from the property, while a second came out from the building before going back inside…
