CANBY, Ore. (KPTV) – One person was shot and killed by officers at an apartment complex in Canby late Thursday night, according to police department.
Just before 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 3, officers responded to a report of a person trying to break into an apartment at the Sequoia Grove Apartments at 259 Sequoia Parkway.
