PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A motorcyclist was severely injured after a crash involving an SUV in Northeast Portland Saturday night, officials said.
After 7 p.m., Portland Fire and Rescue announced in a post on X that people should avoid the area of Northeast Sandy Boulevard and 20th Avenue due to a motorcycle accident in which both firefighters and an ambulance responded.
A PF&R spokesperson later confirmed to KOIN 6 News that the motorcycle rider, a man, was taken to a trauma center, indicating the injuries “were significant.”…
