The GRO Parade of Homes returns to Clark County this month, giving residents an opportunity to tour eight custom-built homes while getting a look at some of the latest trends in Pacific Northwest residential design.
The annual event, organized by the Building Industry Association of Clark County, runs Sept. 10 through Sept. 27 in the Emerald Grove community of Salmon Creek. The 2026 event marks the 49th year of the Parade of Homes, which began in 1977.
This year’s eight homes are situated on 16,000-square-foot lots and will be located within the same community, allowing visitors to walk between the homes as they explore the different designs…
