PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The medical examiner identified a man shot on the sidewalk in Portland’s Buckman neighborhood at the end of August.
David R. Lyman Jr., 56, was killed near the 700 SE 12th Ave. on Aug. 29, 2026.
