PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Two Portland police officers were injured during a coordinated camp clean-up after a man assaulted them before hurting himself on Thursday, officers say.
Officers from the Portland Police Bureau’s Central Precinct Neighborhood Response Team went to Northwest Flanders Street and Northwest 5th Avenue to work with partners, like Portland Solutions, on a camp clean up effort.
