DA: Elementary school counselor’s crash into building was her 3rd DUII crash in Portland

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Prosecutors have filed new charges against a 61-year-old elementary school counselor accused of crashing her car into a Portland apartment building with a blood alcohol content of .55 percent, according to court records.

Multnomah County prosecutors on Friday charged Joni Clayton with driving under the influence, reckless driving, second-degree criminal mischief and driving with a suspended license.
