The shooter was described as a man between 60- to 70-years-old and had gray facial hair while wearing an orange and yellow baseball hat at the time of the incident, which escalated to a 29-year-old victim being shot by a gun, police said.
The suspect’s vehicle was described as being a “newer white GMC Sierra quad cab, lacking a visible license plate” and notably missing a passenger-side rear-view mirror, according to BPD in a release. “The mirror housing should be intact, but the mirror itself is absent,” the release said. The car may also have a temporary tag on the driver’s side rear window.
