CLACKAMS COUNTY, Ore. — Authorities have identified a woman who died over the weekend after her car had crashed into a small lake in Clackamas County.
On Monday, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office identified the woman as Loretta Ann Blank, 66, of Portland.
