Police say 20-year-old shot in east Vancouver is not expected to survive

VANCOUVER, Wash. (KATU) — A 20-year-old man who was shot early Saturday in east Vancouver is not expected to survive his injuries, according to an update from investigators.

Vancouver police responded April 18 around 2:20 a.m. to a parking lot in the 11800 block of Southeast Mill Plain after a report that a man had been shot and the suspect had fled. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.
