PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Portland Mayor Keith Wilson’s proposed budget, released Monday, includes more than $20 Million in cuts to the city’s police and fire bureaus.
The potential cuts are meant to close a roughly $170 million budget gap in city government.
