PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Authorities have identified and given the cause of death of a man who was shot in a Vancouver parking lot.
Officers responded to the parking lot of a strip mall on SE Mill Plain early Saturday morning, where they said they found the 20-year-old man with gunshot wounds.
Police later told KOIN 6 that he had passed away from his injuries on Tuesday.
