PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – After Volunteers of America (VOA) announced a temporary closure of its Women’s Residential Treatment Center on April 3, it decided to permanently close its doors on April 16.
FOX 12 spoke to three former clients who said this closure has left them traumatized and struggling to find the addiction and mental health care they need. Instead of receiving the care they were promised, they feel like VOA has done them a disservice.
