PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — TriMet riders will see some big changes this summer as budget cuts affect several lines.
Citing declining revenue and increasing costs, TriMet said they are balancing the budget by reducing services by at least 10% by July 2028.

While more changes will be happening over time, the first major changes are coming in August, with TriMet shortening the MAX Green line, merging bus lines, and reducing frequency.
