New townhouses in Northeast Portland’s Alberta Arts District as well as other modern dwellings will be open during the 2026 Portland Homes Tour on Saturday, April 25.
People interested in architecture or home renovation can explore the seven tour locations and hear architects discuss design solutions for each of the private residences.
