PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Interstate 5 northbound in Vancouver has reopened after a crash and a car on fire was cleared from the road, authorities said.
According to Washington State Patrol, two separate incidents occurred back-to-back: a two-car crash on I-5 NB at milepost 3.3 and a disabled car on fire near the same stretch of highway at milepost 3, both near Main Street.
The two incidents were not related despite occurring close to each other, WSP said.
