RIDGEFIELD, Wash. (KATU) — The Washington State Patrol said that I-5 has reopened to all northbound traffic following a crash Tuesday morning.
All lanes of I-5 were closed just south of the bridge that spans the East Fork Lewis River in northern Clark County.
