Authorities in Clackamas County are asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of removing eggs from a protected bird nest near Rivervilla Park.
The Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife Division said the incident occurred along a railroad trestle near Rivervilla Park in Milwaukie, likely in June 2025. Investigators received a report months later, in March 2026, along with photos of a man believed to be involved.
According to authorities, the person of interest is described as a man wearing a blue T-shirt, blue shorts, and white athletic shoes, and carrying a backpack. He was seen taking eggs from a bird nest in the area…
