PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A man was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries after a midday shooting on Friday in southwest Portland, according to police.
Just before noon, officers with the Portland Police Bureau were sent to the area of Southwest Ankeny Street and Southwest First Avenue after reports of gunfire.
Police said any suspects had left the area before they arrived. They did initially detain a person, but determined they were not involved…
