PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A Portland school parking lot shooter will serve 12 years in prison after being convicted in April.
The shooting took place at the parking lot of the Islamic School of Portland on Oct. 17, 2024. The victim, Michael Zakarneh, arrived to pick up his children when he suddenly got into a disagreement with Noureddine Dib in the school’s parking lot.
