PORTLAND, Ore. — A driver crashed down a steep embankment in Southwest Portland on Thursday, and firefighters worked to safely get the person back up to the roadway.
Portland Fire & Rescue worked with Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue teams to help extricate the driver, who they say was in a motorized wheelchair from previous medical conditions.
