A new sushi restaurant has opened in downtown Lake Oswego.
Sushi M, which offers fresh sushi and sake, is located at 440 5th St. and is open on weekdays for lunch and dinner and welcomed customers for the first time in early May.
Owner Hiroyuki Makino said he used to have a sushi restaurant in Marin County, California and he and his family moved to Oregon following the Covid-19 pandemic. Sushi M focuses on traditional raw fish rather than rolls and is hoping to expand the menu at some point soon…
