SHERWOOD Ore. (KPTV) – Sherwood police announced on Friday that two new speed cameras have been installed on Oregon Street.
The police department said there will be warning signs placed near the cameras, which are set to go live in the next couple of weeks.
Police said speeding and distracted driving are the top complaints they hear from Sherwood community members. And as they often only have two patrol officers on staff, police said they hope the cameras will help keep officers available for other duties…
