PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Portland teachers say rising costs are making it harder to stay afloat, as educators prepare to vote on a proposed cost-of-living increase from Portland Public Schools.
Technically, the cost-of-living increase would be 1% for the rest of this calendar year and would be 2% at the start of the next calendar year.
