Hearing delayed in Lynn Benton murder retrial

OREGON CITY, Ore. (KPTV) – A scheduled court hearing for Lynn Benton was canceled after an hour-long wait, with neither prosecutors nor defense attorneys explaining the delay.

Benton was expected to submit a plea before his trial was set to begin in July.
