PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — More than a year after a dining chain suddenly closed all of its Oregon restaurants, its parent company has gone bankrupt.
Lena Brands LLC — which owns Shari’s and Coco’s Bakery — filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on May 15, according to court records. This follows former parent company Gather Holdings’ decision to cease operations at all Shari’s locations in the Beaver State in October 2024.
